Step 2: Post-registration, the user logs into their dashboard and selects the specific category component (e.g., Market Development Assistance). Step 3: Fill out the proforma details regarding the proposed event, attach the underlying delegate list with individual Udyam IDs, and submit the pre-event budget estimates online. Step 4: The application is screened and reviewed by the Ministry's Screening Committee to verify eligibility scorecards and event matching. Step 5: Upon receiving the formal sanction letter and successfully executing the event abroad, the association must upload all physical expenditure claims, flight invoices, original boarding passes, and stall receipts on the portal within 60 days of the delegation's return to receive the final reimbursement via DBT. |
