Eligibility CriteriaRegistered Industry/Enterprise Associations, Export Promotion Councils (EPCs), and Government Institutions associated with MSME development that have been active for at least 3 years with consistent audited accounts. For Individual Units: Must be part of an approved delegation organized by a registered association and achieve the 60% baseline on the scheme scorecard. One MSME unit can participate in a maximum of 2 international events per financial year.

Documents Required1. Registration Certificate and MoA/AoA of the applicant Industry Association (one-time requirement).
2. Audited Balance Sheets and Income-Expenditure accounts of the association for the past 3 years.
3. Pre-event itemized Budget Estimate and complete Event Brochure/Floor Plan.
4. Udyam Registration Certificates and Scorecards of all participating MSME units.
5. Post-event: Original boarding passes, e-tickets, tax invoices, receipts of stall payments, and a non-duplication declaration certificate confirming no financial aid was taken from other ministries.
ExclusionsIndividual standalone enterprises attempting to apply directly for individual global travel without an organized association or government-vetted delegation structure; associations with less than 3 years of audited financials; or units that have already exhausted 2 scheme participations within the same financial year.

Application ProcessStep 1: The Industry Association or Export Promotion Council logs onto the official IC portal and completes registration under "New User Register Here".

Step 2: Post-registration, the user logs into their dashboard and selects the specific category component (e.g., Market Development Assistance).

Step 3: Fill out the proforma details regarding the proposed event, attach the underlying delegate list with individual Udyam IDs, and submit the pre-event budget estimates online.

Step 4: The application is screened and reviewed by the Ministry's Screening Committee to verify eligibility scorecards and event matching.

Step 5: Upon receiving the formal sanction letter and successfully executing the event abroad, the association must upload all physical expenditure claims, flight invoices, original boarding passes, and stall receipts on the portal within 60 days of the delegation's return to receive the final reimbursement via DBT.
