What we run
Our Missions
One method, four sectors. Krishi Udyam Setu, NEER, Paryatan Udyam Setu and Shilp Udyam Setu carry GAMSME's delivery load, one mission per priority sector.
How every mission works
- Organise the demand first Buyers post structured requirements before a season, a cluster or a circuit is planned.
- Prepare the enterprise to meet it District and cluster readiness clinics work to those requirements over a 24 week cycle.
- Close the deal in the open A buyer connect finale where terms are negotiated and closed in front of everyone.

Five constraints hold small enterprises back: market connect, finance, compliance, technology and systems, and manpower and skills. Market connect is the one that decides the others. A producer who sells what they already grow or make, and only then looks for a buyer, takes a price rather than sets one. Every GAMSME mission therefore starts on the demand side, with the buyer, and works backwards to the enterprise.
