Eligibility CriteriaEligibility Criteria: The enterprise must be classified as a micro or small industry. Crucially, the business ownership and controlling legal stake must be at least 51% held by SC/ST individuals across all structures (Proprietorships, Partnerships, or Private Limited Companies).

Documents RequiredValid Category / Caste Certificate (SC/ST Proof) issued by a competent government authority. National Identity and Entity Proofs (Aadhaar Card and PAN Card).
Valid Udyam Registration Certificate.
Partnership deeds, MoA/AoA, or business shareholding documents proving > 51% SC/ST ownership.
Original fee receipts, tax invoices, bank processing claim statements, or travel/stall receipts for post-event reimbursement.
ExclusionsLarge and Medium-scale enterprises; firms where the collective shareholding of SC/ST promoters drops below 51%; or individual units attempting to claim financial benefits for components that have already received double-subsidies from separate central or state ministry channels

Step 4: Upload clean digital copies of your Caste Certificate, shareholding structure proofs, and active bank account validations.
Step 5: Submit the digital form; the files will be structurally filtered and routed to your nearest regional NSIC branch centre for operational clearance, credit facilitation, or immediate reimbursement transfers.
