Dr. Gaurav Jain is Chairperson of GAMSME’s National Council on Growth and Technology Enablement and Chief Operating Officer of Creative Lipi Webtech, Noida. He brings over twenty-five years across technology, business development, sales, telecom, IoT, drones and digital transformation, with leadership roles at Acme Packet, Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens, alongside ventures of his own. At GAMSME he guides the association’s work on technology adoption, digital transformation and growth enablement, helping MSMEs use technology for scale, efficiency, productivity and market access.
A career across enterprise technology
Over the years, Dr. Jain has held leadership positions with Acme Packet (a NASDAQ-listed company later acquired by Oracle), Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens Public Communication Networks, where he managed sales, implementation and support across India and the SAARC region. He has completed professional training in technology, sales and business development in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, Canada and the United States. Recognised as a top performer in India and across the Asia-Pacific region, he has been honoured for his contributions at Siemens, Nokia Siemens and Acme Packet, with a strong command of enterprise technology, customer engagement, market development and scalable business models.
An entrepreneur across sectors
As Founder of Arohan Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Jain has driven innovation, enterprise development and technology-led growth. His entrepreneurial reach also includes Ambrosia Hitech Animal Husbandry and Farming LLP, evidence of an ability to move between technology, rural enterprise and sector-specific business. He remains actively engaged with India’s startup and enterprise ecosystem, especially in telecom, IoT, drones and digital transformation, founding and mentoring startups and supporting emerging businesses as they grow. He also serves as an Honorary Board Member of SLRD, contributing to the integration of smart technologies for rural development, climate resilience and sustainable livelihoods, and to bridging the digital divide for communities and enterprises.
Grounding and outlook
Dr. Jain holds an Executive Doctoral Fellowship in Management (Marketing) from IIM Indore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Telecom Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MANIT (NIT), Bhopal. An Indophile at heart, he is a vocal proponent of India’s ancient culture and knowledge traditions, and often brings that wisdom into his professional work.
At GAMSME
As Chairperson of Growth and Technology Enablement, Dr. Jain guides the association’s work on technology adoption, digital transformation, innovation readiness and growth enablement for MSMEs. His focus is practical: helping enterprises use technology for scale, efficiency, market access, productivity and future readiness. He will build GAMSME’s partnerships with technology providers, startups, institutions and development agencies, and open pathways for MSMEs to adopt digital tools, IoT systems, drone applications, telecom-enabled solutions and e-commerce platforms, making them more competitive, connected, innovative and growth-oriented.
